Långhultsbadet

Enjoy a swim at this charming and secluded bathing area, beautifully situated between Långhult and Hällabäck in Gislaved Municipality.

Långhultsbadet features a grassy lawn, a small sandy beach, a jetty, a changing cabin, and an outdoor toilet. The bathing area is located on the shores of Lake Storasjön, just a short distance from the village of Burseryd. Parking is available along the road; from there, a short walk across a field leads down to the water.

Långhultsbadet is a municipal bathing site where water quality samples are taken regularly throughout the summer season. If any test results indicate deviations from recommended water quality standards, this information will be published HERE.

At municipal bathing sites, safety inspections and underwater clearing are carried out by a diving club twice a year. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. It is prohibited to walk pets or allow them to swim at public bathing areas.
