Siristigen

The trail starts in Herrgårdsparken, the "cradle" of Torsby society, and follows the rapids of the Röjdälven River, which provided the power supply for iron processing, forges and paper mills in the 18th and 19th centuries.

The trail follows Fryken's beach with the marina, via the bathing area at Kollsberg and up to the homestead.

You continue the path through the Kollsbergsskogen past the old Bronze Age graves and continue the trail along Ljusnan, Bergsängsvägen and under a viaduct towards Stensgård.

The trail goes on past the riding house and Stensgård's large farm, under road 239 and out across the marshland to the southern end of Sirsjön. There is a swimming area here for those who want to take a dip!

On the last stage, you pass Bovilgården before reaching the end of the path at Sahlströmsgården.
