Kalvörundan

The Kalvö loop is one of the shortest detours in ARK56. Well worth the little extra time and effort. The water round Kalvö is usually completely still with the feeling of a lake. You pass areas of houses and small harbours on the way in. Plenty of birdlife on land and water. Kalvö is a low-lying island, open and grazed. The Kalvö loop makes a perfect morning or evening trip if you’re spending the night nearby. There are a lot of reeds around Kalvö but landing is possible at the north and south ends of the island.
