Övralid nature trail

For those who want to get to know Heidenstam's environment, it is not enough to visit his home and burial ground. It is just as interesting to walk the paths that our great poet has trampled, and enjoy the rich flora and birdsong he cherished so highly.

The nature trail is about 2.5 km long and runs through varying terrain types. In a regular, slow pace, it takes about 1 hour to walk the path. However, you can shorten the walk by going up the road marked blue on the map from Ryttartorpet. We wish you a pleasant walk.
