Tjärö loop

A sheltered circuit that includes rounding the popular island of Tjärö in the beautiful little Järnavik archipelago. Narrow channels, steep cliffs and some wide horizons. Also lots of coves for swimming and a death-defying cliff jump into the sea on Tjärö (not compulsory, at own risk). Make a detour to Dragsö and spot/listen to all the animals in the Eriksberg wildlife park. South of Tjärö, it’s an unbroken view across the water as far as the eye can see. To extend the trip, go through the channel between Skiftesön and Skiftesholmen. It’s brilliant.
