Kayaking trail Hasslö – Kuggeboda

The harbour in Hasslö has a lifeboat station, making it an extra reassuring starting point. There are many attractive buildings on the Hasslö shoreline and soon you reach the beautiful canal through Hästholmen. It is watched over by canons for safety’s sake. Cross the shipping lane and see all the boats on their way in and out of Karlskrona under the Almö bridge. The route continues through the little islands grazed by sheep before turning off into Arpösund. A stop to stretch your legs on Arpö or Slädö is never a bad idea before carrying on and rounding Ljungskär. The route then continues via Eneholmen before you land in Kuggeboda.
