Bäckmyränget

A dense forest of thick pines and aspens grows on the steep slopes on Tuggenliden. The ground is covered with low vascular plants, as well as with tall, lush plants such as the alpine sow-thistle and the poisonous wolfsbane. Many interesting species that enjoy environments like this can be found in the area.

The Tuggenbäcken brook runs along the entire eastern side of the reserve. The freshwater pearl mussel can be found in the brook.
